Fab coverage recently of our increasingly popular #EatBetterSpendLess cooking on a budget courses at Mexborough Community Hub!
 
And now our fab team are ‘cracking on’ with another fab course – #HealthyMealsYouCanCountOn!
 
Was great to present our fab trainees with a free slower cooker recently and our star lead volunteers/trainers with a fantastic free Wonderbag!

Huge thanks to Sainsbury’s store in Doncaster and all of their lovely customers for the fantastic amount of donations our volunteers collect each week!
 
These donations are fundamental to the continuation of our community partners at Mexborough Foodbank & Thorne And Moorends Community Food Bank (who also collect from Sainsbury’s each week.

Huge thanks to Nicola, Peter & team at Great Bear (part of Culina Group) for their £500 donation to help us support our growing #SouthYorkshire community project network.

Unite the Union & TUC Yorkshire and The Humber

Huge pleasure to welcome Unite the union TUC Yorkshire & the Humber Exec Regional team Richard & Matt at our warehouse and show them what we do!!
 
They met our hard working team of volunteers & also some of our many community projects e.g. Mexborough Foodbank Thorne And Moorends Community Food Bank etc.
 
Then off to our friends at Helping Hands Community Centre to drop off some surplus mince beef via ABP Food Group surplus Yorkshire Puddings courtesy of The Real Yorkshire Pudding Co., surplus snacks via Ella’s Kitchen, surplus bagels via New York Bakery Co. Bagels surplus ambient via Lidl GB & surplus bread via Jacksons of Yorkshire!
